Head Chef Danny Durose Head Chef Danny Durose has over ten years experience working under a number of great culinary experts including Head Chef Mark Treasure, previously of Michelin-starred Feather's Hotel, Oxfordshire. Danny's passion for patisserie and experimenting with botanical and aromatic dishes has lead him to find his new home at The Scented Botanist. The Dorset native utilises fresh ingredients from local suppliers and wild foods, including those grown on the estate of Keyneston Mill. In 2017, Danny was awarded Best Newcomer with The Good Hotel Guide.
